Completing the Form below allows Urban Utilities to lodge your complaint with your utility service provider (your “Council/Municipality”) and allow us to assist in providing resolution on the account dispute.

Is there a current dispute in progress
Provide the dispute nr if you marked "yes" above
Provide us some details on your dispute, the more detail the better

Upload your documents: latest 3 months account statement from your Council / Municipality + Copy of your ID


Type in the value 50 - This is the monthly fee payment of R50 over 24 months = R1200 in Total to allow for the Dispute to be processed
